Playing a crucial part in supporting this wider analytical function, the role is focused on embedding research and analysis within Homes England decision making and strategy development. This role is responsible for the delivery of a wide range of the teams work, including leading macro-economic and housing market forecasts, in-depth research and analysis on a wide range of housing and regeneration topics to support delivery teams and to inform strategy development, and contributing to the Agencys ambitious research and evaluation programmes. Person specification You'll be resilient and used to "spinning several plates" at once with demonstrable experience of working across teams and managing stakeholders in a collaborative, inclusive way. You'll be interested in regeneration and housing and ambitious in delivering high quality research and analysis that can help the agency to deliver real impact for the housing market and communities we serve. You'll be comfortable working on a range of projects as well as helping the team to implement our varied and exciting research programme - all to ensure the agency's decision making is based on robust evidence and delivers maximum value for money for society. Experience of using economic forecasting models is desirable.
