Working for a well-established manufacturing business, core duties include using various systems and MS Excel to analyse stock anomalies, working with internal stakeholders and colleagues to resolve. Ideal opportunity if you have strong MS excel knowledge and have worked in an analytical reporting capacity and enjoy a role that involves number crunching.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage stock inventory to ensure stock accuracy between all third-party warehouse and internal stock ERP systems
2. Maintaining and producing Excel reports on inventory levels and any stock differences, ensuring discrepancies are fully investigated.
3. Receipting stock arrivals from suppliers to third party warehouses and customers, resolving any disputes and variances.
4. Updating forecast reports.
5. Produce reports for aged and discontinued/clearance stock for sales & commercial analysis.
6. Transferring stock as required across the third-party warehouse systems and internal ERP systems
Undertake ad-hoc tasks to support the needs of the business
Requires strong MS excel skills, proven experience of analysing data, number crunching and resolving anomalies.
