The Team
The U.K. & Ireland are our domestic and most mature markets. Departments include commercial, operations, and marketing, and teams in the UK&I partner with global departments such as product, technology, and consumer.
The Role
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team based in Leeds. This is a rare opportunity to become an important member of a growing, well-funded startup. You'll partner with restaurants to cultivate existing relationships and help them increase their online sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of accounts across North and West Yorkshire.
Please note: A valid driving license and a car are preferable, as travel within areas such as Yorkshire and Harrogate is required.
This is not a typical office job: being out on the road must be something you're comfortable with.

* Improve restaurant performance through data analysis and industry knowledge to maximize order volume and growth potential.
* Negotiate contracts and partnership terms.
* Partner with our restaurant and rider operations teams to improve operational efficiencies.
* Work with marketing teams to accelerate restaurant order growth.
* Introduce and present new ideas to increase Deliveroo's growth and efficiencies.
* Become a local expert for your area, understanding the restaurant industry inside out and representing Deliveroo to the restaurant industry.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in account or relationship management (or similar).
* Comfortable with understanding and using data.
* Experience in achieving targets.
