We're looking for a proactive Business Manager to support the Executive Director with the operational, commercial and logistical delivery of a busy racing and events venue. This is a varied, people‑focused role where no two days are the same-perfect for someone who loves problem‑solving, event delivery, and building strong relationships across teams, suppliers and customers. What you'll be doing Support the Executive Director in overseeing catering and operational teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Lead and deliver non‑catering events including self‑catered weddings and bespoke functions. Take a hands‑on approach to day‑to‑day venue operations, stepping in wherever needed. Assist the Hospitality & Events Manager with show rounds, planning and customer engagement. Manage logistical preparation for racedays and events, working closely with operations and catering.
