What You Will Do
* Own IT tickets from start to resolution, providing clear communication and timely updates.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms.
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account management and provisioning.
* Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues while maintaining accountability.
* Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements.
* Assist with projects, system upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
