Hill Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in High Wycombe to lead the commercial delivery of residential construction projects from pre-start to final account. You will manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments while mentoring Trainee and Assistant Surveyors.
The ideal candidate should have an HND/HNC or degree in Quantity Surveying, be working towards Chartered status, and possess strong experience in managing commercial aspects of residential developments.
