What You Will Do:
: Facilitate transformation workstreams focused on Digital Innovation, People, Customer Love, Process Excellence, Sustainability, and Cost Efficiency to deliver measurable outcomes.
: Manage the end:to:end delivery of transformation projects, including scoping, planning, implementation, and closure.
: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, risk mitigations, and resource requirements.
: Govern and report on project performance, aligning with PMO standards and tracking value delivery such as cost savings and efficiency gains.
: Support the introduction and deployment of innovative technologies and processes within final assembly operations.
: Utilise tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Lucid to ensure structured oversight, transparent communication, and data:driven decision:making.
What You Will Bring:
: A strong background in manufacturing engineering, ideally within final assembly operations.
: Experience navigating complex transformation landscapes.
: Proven project management skills, including planning, RAID management, budget management and governance.
: Experience working within PMO frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
: Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
: Strategic mindset coupled with a proactive, problem:solving approach and hands:on execution.
