Responsibilities
* Serve beverages promptly and accurately to customers, ensuring high standards of service.
* Maintain knowledge of the menu, including food and drink offerings, to provide recommendations to guests.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the bar area.
* Manage cash handling and process transactions efficiently using basic math skills.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as necessary.
* Uphold a friendly and professional demeanour while interacting with guests and team members.
Experience
* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
* Strong hospitality skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
* Basic understanding of food safety practices is advantageous.
* Good time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
