About the Role
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to learning by:
Building positive and trusting relationships with students.
Supporting behaviour management strategies within the classroom and around the school.
Providing one-to-one or small-group mentoring sessions.
Encouraging emotional regulation, social skills, and positive engagement with learning.
Working closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and parents to promote student wellbeing and achievement.
About You
We're looking for individuals who are:

Patient, empathetic, and able to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communicators who can build rapport and motivate students.
Team players with a proactive and flexible approach.
Previous experience in a school, youth work, or mentoring setting is desirable but not essential.
