TC Facilities Management is recruiting a reliable Cleaner to support a retail store in Falkirk (FK1 1LW).
This role is based in a shop environment, making it easier to access than motorway sites and well suited to local applicants.

1. Pay: £12.21 per hour
2. Start time: 7:30am
3. Days: 4 days per week
4. Includes weekend working
About the Role
This is a hands-on cleaning role focused on keeping a retail store clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and staff. You’ll carry out general cleaning duties across shop floor, staff areas, and facilities, working either independently or as part of a small team.
This role suits someone who is dependable, organised, and takes pride in maintaining high standards in a customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
5. General cleaning of the retail store
6. Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
7. Working to set schedules and priorities
8. Using cleaning equipment and materials safely
9. Working independently or as part of a small team
10. Being polite and professional around customers and store staff
