4 Chef de Partie roles are available at a 3 star resort Hotel located in Herefordshire. This is a very busy venue all year round, catering for 200 plus guests in two different styles of restaurants. The hotel offers buffet breakfast, brasserie style restaurant lunchtimes and a la carte dinner menus which are regularly changing. The senior chefs in the kitchen will invest time to train you in order to ensure that you can work to the high standards expected at the venue working with fresh ingredients in a timely and organised manner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie looking to work up through the kitchen and who wishes to develop their all round cooking skills in a fresh food kitchen environment where you will be moved around the sections to gain valuable experience. 39 to 40 hours a week split shift patterns and hourly paid.
Requirements:
The Head Chef is seeking passionate Chef de Parties who are seeking a role where they can commit themselves in a fast paced quality kitchen. Previous experience working in a fresh food kitchen where you gained good basic cooking skills is essential for this role.
