Are you a passionate, reliable, and adaptable KS2 teacher looking for flexible work in Aylesbury? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Supply Teachers to support local primary schools with day-to-day, short-term, and longer-term cover starting in January 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and early career teachers (ECTs) who want to gain experience in a variety of school settings, maintain work-life balance, or transition back into teaching.
About the Role:
Deliver high-quality teaching to Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 classes, following existing plans or adapting lessons to meet pupils’ needs.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports pupils’ academic and personal development.
Follow school policies on behaviour, safeguarding, and assessment.
Communicate effectively with teaching assistants, senior leaders, and support staff.
Be flexible, punctual, and professional while adapting to different school environments.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
Possess strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, including phonics (for KS1) and core subjects (for KS2).
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and a positive approach to learning and behaviour.
Be flexible and proactive, with the ability to quickly build rapport in new settings.
Have a genuine passion for inspiring and supporting young learners throughout their primary education journey.
