Responsibilities
* Executing planned maintenance schedules (PPMs) to ensure site safety and compliance.
* Responding swiftly to reactive electrical faults and breakdowns.
* Carrying out minor installations and project works (e.g., lighting upgrades, circuit modifications, socket installs).
* Supporting the wider facilities team with general building services tasks as required.
Qualifications
* Fully Qualified: Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) and 18th Edition.
* Broad Experience: A mix of Commercial and Domestic experience is highly preferred.
* Installation Mindset: Happy to roll up sleeves for minor installation projects as well as day‑to‑day maintenance.
* Reliability: Local or within easy commuting distance of Upavon; takes pride in site ownership.
* Eligible to live and work in the UK.
