Weare seeking a proactive, creative and ambitious Junior Digital AssistantProducer to join our UEFA department.
Thisis a role for someone who loves football, thrives on telling great stories, andis excited by the challenge of creating eye-catching, innovative content for aglobal audience.
You’llbe working on both digital-first content and magazine programming, helping toproduce pieces that will be broadcast and shared worldwide.
Youshould be confident in self-editing on Adobe Premiere Pro.

Your Mission
* To produce high-quality, engaging footballcontent for Whisper’s UEFA department.
* To support the Digital team in creating shortform edits, branded content and magazine programming that resonates withaudiences worldwide.
* To research and develop story ideas, identifyingopportunities to innovate and elevate the production.
* To work closely with graphics teams and othercreatives to ensure delivery of visually striking, editorially strong content.
* To adapt your work for multiple platforms,understanding the nuances of both broadcast and digital storytelling.
* To keep abreast of changes in the digital spaceand make suggestions for creative content that aligns with those trends.
The Skills You Bring
* A demonstrable passion for football and a strongknowledge of the sport globally.
* Experience producing visually engaging contentfor broadcast, digital or social platforms.
* Competence in Adobe Premiere Pro and awillingness to learn new production tools and workflows.
* Strong research and fact-checking skills, withan eye for detail and accuracy.
* Strong ability to turnaround match night contentto tight deadlines, with an aptitude to stay calm under pressure.
* The ability to collaborate effectively within ateam, take feedback constructively and work to tight deadlines.
* A creative mindset, with the confidence tosuggest ideas and explore new approaches.
* Excellent communication and written skills andan aptitude to learn new workflows.

Location
The basefor this position is predominantly Kew, London.
Working Days
5-day week, x4 days in office and x1 day WFH (fixture listallowing)
You will be expected to work with the team to plan a schedule based on production requirements.
Lieu days will be given for any days worked over a five-dayweek.
Whisper offers the option of flexitime hours subject toproduction requirements.
