An established and design:led architectural practice is seeking a confident, creative Architect to join its team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be a design:driven individual with a strong portfolio, capable of clearly articulating design ideas and contributing positively within a collaborative studio environment. New starters will initially be required to work full:time from the office while getting to know colleagues and internal systems. Following a successful settling:in period, hybrid working will be available with a minimum of three days per week in the office, although full:time office:based working is also welcomed. Due to the semi:rural location, this role may not be suitable for candidates without access to a car.

Daily Duties Will Include
* Developing innovative and well:considered design proposals across all project stages
* Producing high:quality drawings, visualisations, and technical documentation
* Working closely with colleagues, consultants, and clients to deliver projects successfully
* Participating in design reviews, meetings, and presentations
* Assisting in the coordination of projects from concept through to completion
* Ensuring designs meet relevant regulations, budgets, and deadlines
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* ARB registered
* Revit capabilities
* A strong design:led portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical ability
* Confidence in presenting and communicating design ideas clearly
* Experience within an architectural practice environment
* Strong organisational and time:management skills
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team
