We are working on an excellent opportunity with a leading Offshore firm in Bermuda, seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team. Our client, highly regarded in the Caribbean, has a strong international presence and an excellent client portfolio. This role is suitable for someone looking to advance their career and be involved in high-value, multi-jurisdictional corporate work, including M&A, finance, funds, and some regulatory matters.
The ideal candidate:
* 3-5 PQE
* Experience in digital assets/fintech/crypto is preferred
* Admitted in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada
* Excellent academic background
* Experience from a leading law firm
* Strong desire to live in Cayman
