Position Scope
Reporting to the SeniorMarketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Executive is responsible forthe
operational delivery of the marketing strategy, asdeveloped with the SMM, to maximise brand
awareness and drivelead generation in line with company goals. As our Senior MarketingExecutive,
you will play a crucial role in driving themarketing efforts of the business and you will be responsible
for supporting the development and delivery of strategies forall areas of the business, including
architecture,construction, B2C and B2B. Your success will be based on your intimateknowledge of
the brand values and customer segments, yourability to diagnose issues and develop action plans.
With HappyBuilding’s ambitious plans for growth, this is an exciting role for aMarketing Executive to
gain extensive experience in a rapidlyevolving business.
KeyResponsibilities
* Assist in thedelivery of the marketing strategy in line with the company visionthrough executing marketing campaigns and activations to generatequality leads in line with company targets.
* Deliver and assist in the creation of brand campaignsacross all marketing and digital channels, partnering with keystakeholders to ensure maximum brand amplification, in line with brandguidelines.
* Plan and deliver themonthly content calendar to be amplified across all touchpoints onlineand offline including in store, print, website, social, CRM, GoogleBusiness profile and affiliates.
* Ownership of affiliate channel optimization and ongoingrelationships.
* Assist in overseeingperformance marketing through PPC, paid media and SEO.
* Responsible for managing content creationincluding project photography, digital content and print.
* Assist in the planning and execution oflocal marketing collaborations and activations to drive brandawareness and lead generation.
* Responsible for running customer feedback and testimonialsprogram, coordinating with design and construction teams.
* Coordination and delivery of on-sitemarketing including hoarding and team uniforms.
* Act as cover for Sales and Customer Service Exec as andwhen needed.
* Ownership of marketingadministration including managing the content library.
Requirements
* 3-4 year’s experience in an internal marketing role,preferably within an SME.
* Excellent written ability, withcopywriting experience preferred.
* Educated to Bachelor’sdegree level of equivalent
* Good digital experience includingsocial media, paid media, PPC and SEO.
* Experience inrunning a content calendar across multiple touch points.
* Experience with Wordpress is desired.
* Fluent inEnglish, both written and spoken
* MS Office
