Sales Administrator

The Role
We are looking for an individual with proven experience as a Sales Administrator within the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of sales processes, working closely with both internal teams and customers to provide exceptional service and support.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to sales managers and customers, handling day-to-day queries and requests efficiently.
* Ensure timely response to claims by coordinating with internal teams and keeping customers updated on any order delays.
* Organise regular meetings with customers to review account situations, discuss opportunities, and address any concerns.
* Create and update product specifications, complete customer questionnaires, and assist in promoting new products to customers.
* Provide sales managers and customers with accurate price lists and up-to-date product information.
Required
* Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Confident phone manner and comfortable handling customer queries.
Salary
£27,000 - £29,000
Location
Yate, Bristol (onsite position)
