The impact you'll make - As an Event Executive, you'll be at the heart of creating
memorable experiences. Working from the events team office, from the first
enquiry to the final follow-up, you'll own the event journey, building
relationships, converting opportunities, and ensuring flawless execution in
partnership with our operations teams.

Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:
* Prepare sales-related documents, including proposals,
contracts and banquet event orders
* Put
together information packages, brochures and other promotional materials
* Use
sales techniques to maximise revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
* Promote
awareness of our brand image internally and externally
* Be
a point of contact for clients and guests, responding to questions about hotel
facilities and services
* Perform general office duties to support Sales
& Marketing

With this role you will be working 40 hours per week
over 5 days, predominately Monday – Friday day shifts although there may be the
need to cover weekends or evenings for showrounds or to welcome your Clients
