Job Opportunity: Clerical Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a clerical officer within the Oban and Lorn Community Nursing service.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing clerical support for clinical staff, including maintaining and filing confidential patient records.
2. Recording patient-related data, admissions, and discharges.
3. Answering phones, relaying messages, and organizing clinical supplies.
4. Ensuring effective communication to support staff efficiency.

Candidate requirements:

* A helpful and pleasant manner, good communication skills, and proficiency in software systems.
* Previous administrative or clerical experience and knowledge of medical terminology are advantageous.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 1 pm.
