Outpatient Therapist – Licensed – AllHealth Network

What You’ll Do
* Provide behavioral health consultation, biopsychosocial assessments, counseling, and evidence‑based interventions to individuals, groups, and/or families
* Utilize strength‑based wellness and recovery models to support client engagement and progress
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure integration of services and coordinated care
* Promote optimal client outcomes through effective treatment planning and service delivery
* Complete clinical documentation to meet regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements
* Maintain accurate, legible, and timely documentation within established timelines
* Participate in specialized training and professional development opportunities
* Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education, and ability of the employee
What You Bring
* Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
* Active Colorado licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
* Experience working in a behavioral health or clinical treatment setting
* Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention
* Knowledge of DSM‑5, recovery‑oriented care, and trauma‑informed practices
* Ability to work effectively within an electronic health record (EHR) system

Compensation
Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT): $69,000 – $73,500 (based on experience and licensure)
Bilingual Differential: 10% compensation differential for bilingual English/Spanish clinicians (language proficiency testing required)
