Your Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
* Deliver high-quality phonics sessions with confidence and consistency
* Create and maintain an effective continuous provision environment
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching where needed
* Foster a positive, nurturing, and structured classroom
Essential Job Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven experience teaching in Year 1
* Strong knowledge of phonics schemes and early reading
* Experience with continuous provision in KS1
* Confident classroom management and a proactive approach
