What will I be doing?
* You will be supporting with the administration of our help desk function in line with compliance and internal policies and procedures.
* You will be responsible for the supplier account administration, carrying out user acceptance testing on software updates and solving issues in a positive manner.
* You will be asked to assist with the Procurement Support Desk Manager to provide techniques to aid better processes to the environment, ensuring continual relevance of instructions and guides.
What are the requirements?
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer centric approach to problem solving.
* Knowledge and experience on Microsoft Applications.
* A proactive learning approach to adopting role changes.
* Experience with Coupa or similar purchase to pay systems would be advantageous.
