Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of residential properties across Glasgow Prepare properties for check-in - prepare/update inventories Conduct check-out inspections Carry out regular property inspections and ensure compliance Coordinate repairs and maintenance with trusted contractors Liaise with landlords, tenants, and third parties professionally Ensure legal compliance with Scottish property and tenancy laws Maintain accurate records using property management software (SME) Handle phone & email enquiries and office walk-ins Candidate requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management Strong knowledge of Scottish lettings legislation Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently Full UK clean driving licence - access to pool cars or mileage available if you prefer to use your own Experience with property management systems (e.g. SME) desirable Relevant qualifications (e.g. CIH, ARLA) an advantage but not essential Full time permanent role working Monday to Thursday 9am-5.30pm and Friday 9am-5pm, no weekends.
