This role supports the new hospitals facilities programme (NHFP) in Jersey - a £700m, multi-site healthcare programme delivering transformational health infrastructure across the island.
The programme comprises four sites, with the 47,500m² new acute hospital at Overdale forming the majority of delivery, alongside ambulatory facilities, a health village and a wellbeing centre. * Managing NEC4 contract administration and working closely with the main works delivery partner.
* Driving programme certainty, risk management and performance in line with agreed outcomes.
* Managing stakeholder engagement across client, clinical, contractor and supply chain teams.
* Supporting transition from design to construction following a complex, multi-stage procurement process.
You'll need to have:
* Proven experience delivering large-scale healthcare or complex infrastructure projects.
* Strong leadership capability with the ability to operate in a high-profile, stakeholder-rich environment.
* Extensive NEC4 contract experience, ideally as an NEC Accredited Project Manager.
