What you will do
* Undertake kinship and connected persons assessments, including viability and full fostering assessments, following statutory guidance.
* Provide essential support and supervision to kinship carers, ensuring placements meet fostering standards and children's needs.
* Contribute to care and permanence planning, promoting stable and long‑term outcomes for children.
* Prepare and present high‑quality reports for fostering panels, including assessment reports and review documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Social Work (BA/MA or equivalent) and evidence of continued professional development.
Registration & Compliance
* Registered with Social Work England.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks, including the Children Act 1989, Fostering Services Regulations 2011, and Care Planning, Placement and Case Review Regulations.
* Enhanced DBS clearance.
