Part Time Corporate Receptionist – Weybridge – Temporary (AdHoc Cover)
Location: Weybridge
Hours of Work: Mon – Fri (Morning Shift 8:00am – 1:15pm & Afternoon Shift 1:15pm – 6:00pm)
Hourly Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour via Umbrella
A world leading service provider operating internationally seeks an experienced corporate receptionist based in the Weybridge area. The role involves AdHoc cover in a large corporate office site. The successful candidate will be client‑facing and experienced in a front-of-house environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome all staff and visitors, acting as host to create excellent relationships with customers and provide refreshments as required.
* Manage staff car parking and visitor spaces.
* Arrange all business lunches, conference room bookings, and conference calls dial‑in.
* Maintain a tidy front‑of‑house area and conduct regular checks of visitor washrooms.
* Process all incoming and outgoing post, parcels, and couriers; welcome delivery drivers and couriers.
* Sign for parcels and place them in the post room for recipients to collect, keeping records.
* Keep telephone listings up to date and liaise daily with the Service Centre to ensure telephone and contract lists are current, enabling incoming calls to be received.
* Answer internal calls only.
* Administer duties for the Service Centre and Finance Teams (or any other department upon the manager’s request).
* Maintain all front‑of‑house literature up to date and tidy.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in customer service and front‑of‑house roles.
* Excellent communication skills—face to face, telephone, and written.
* Well presented with strong attention to detail.
* Highly organised individual.
