We're looking for someone to join our reception and clerical team, where you’ll help ensure the smooth running of our busy Emergency Department. You’ll provide a professional and compassionate service, supporting patients, families, and medical staff in critical moments. We’re looking for someone with a caring attitude, quick thinking, and a desire to help.
About You:
Educated to GCSE level or have equivalent experience.
Previous experience in a public-facing role with general office responsibilities.
Enthusiastic and compassionate with the ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations.
A team player with a desire to contribute to the care and support of others.

Main duties of the job
Reporting to the Deputy Divisional Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Provide a welcoming reception service for patients, ambulance staff and visitors.
Support "resus" situations by taking essential patient details.
Register patients and ensure accurate data entry in the Careflow PAS system.
Direct patients to appropriate areas and answer questions with excellent customer service.
Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professionalism in challenging situations.
