Chapeltown Primary Care Network (PCN) have an exciting opportunity for a full time Pharmacy Technician; working alongside a team of clinical pharmacists and technicians as well as the wider PCN and practice teams at Allerton and Westfield Medical Centre, St Martins Practice and Woodhouse Medical Practice. Chapeltown is a friendly and dynamic network caring for a diverse population with a wide range of complex health needs, supporting the management of long term conditions, while striving to tackle health inequalities. The successful candidate should be ambitious and motivated, identifying opportunities for improvement whilst working alongside extensive networks to address health needs. Working alongside the Primary Care Network team the successful candidate will undertake a variety of tasks in both clinical and non clinical settings, ensuring the achievement of key deliverables and defined targets. The technician will be responsible for leading the delivery of the Enhanced Health in Care Homes model; safety and MHRA alerts, practice and PCN tasks and their own appointment ledgers. The successful candidate must be a competent, trained phlebotomist and able to support delivery of NHS health checks and annual reviews to support our NHS Health Check programme.
