The role
will include responding to day-to-day inquiries from residents, managing busy situations with ease, handling difficult customers effectively, managing parcels and mail, answering and directing phone calls, and providing outstanding customer service. Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations and establish a strong connection with each resident to understand and meet their needs.
