Role overview
As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you’ll assist customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs. Your responsibilities include frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, and potentially performing pre-screening eye examinations. You will also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting customer queries via phone, and processing payments.
Your main goal is to provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied with eyewear that fits well and meets their vision needs. You will contribute to our mission of helping customers ‘See More and Be More’ by delivering tailored and effective service to maximize their visual potential and enhance their lifestyle.
While the role’s hours are advertised, we are open to discussing flexible working options to accommodate your preferences, whether that’s fitting around the school run or a compressed week.
