Are you a Permit Co-ordinator looking for your next role? Key Responsibilities · Administering planned and emergency street work notices/permits. · Prioritize effectively to ensure all permitting deadlines are met and apply for Bus Stop suspension and Light Switch off as necessary · Ensure compliance with NRSWA regulations and address any issues or requests from Local Authorities · Ensure timely opening/closing of permits to avoid fines from Local Authorities. · Register reinstatement details within timescale. · Monitor notices/permits to ensure there are no overruns. Knowledge and Skills required: · Experience in NRSWA/Street Manager preferable · Able to liaise and maintain good relationships with local authorities and 3rd parties · Good organisational, time management and communication skills · Able to work proactively, accurately and methodically under pressure and to strict deadlines · PC literate/good knowledge of Excel and Outlook · Must be a team worker
