As a carer you'll get to know your residents and their needs and preferences during your shifts. Variety of shifts available. Duties may include: Assistance with a wide range of person-centred care in accordance with care plans Assistance with medication Simple wound dressing Assistance with activities under supervision Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love Skills & experience Transferable skills in providing care and compassion to others Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (desirable) OR willing to complete Certificate- Traineeships on offer to eligible candidates We encourage Nursing students to apply About BaptistCare Morven Gardens Morven Gardens is situated in the beautiful mountain village of Leura in the stunning Blue Mountains, Morven Gardens features 71 beds and is a welcoming and home-like environment with lush, landscaped gardens.
