The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Assess, track, and monitor pupil progress effectively
Provide clear feedback to pupils and parents
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities
✅ Essential Requirements
✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔️ Experience teaching within a primary setting
✔️ Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
✔️ Excellent classroom management skills
✔️ High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
✔️ Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
Desirable
➕ Subject leadership experience
➕ Experience supporting pupils with SEND
➕ A creative approach to curriculum delivery
