What you will be responsible for:
* Manage and maintain calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
* Organise and attend meetings, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up on action items.
* Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
