Responsibilities

* Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience through effective upselling techniques.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and efficient workflow.
* Perform basic math calculations for portioning ingredients and managing inventory.
* Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and reporting any shortages.
* Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is essential.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Basic math skills for handling orders and inventory management.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and customers.
* A proactive attitude towards learning new skills in food preparation and service.
