Our client has an exciting opportunity for a driven Field Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team, build strong customer relationships and maximise sales growth across a thriving region. Field Sales Manager Spalding, PE11 – Field-based with one in-office day per week Full time, permanent position £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience uncapped commission Please Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK Our client is looking for a proactive and strategic Field Sales Manager to guide a regional sales team, develop new business opportunities and build sustainable customer relationships. This position offers the chance to contribute directly to the organisation's commercial success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a regional sales strategy that supports business growth and meets performance objectives Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to deliver targets across revenue, margin and market development Analyse commercial data to identify opportunities for increased sales and improved profitability Support recruitment, training and succession planning to build a strong, capable sales function Manage and win key accounts, strengthening long-term relationships and ensuring consistent retention Work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers and customers to optimise communication and activity Ensure compliance with all internal processes and maintain high standards of safety and best practice Benefits Company Pension Product / Shopping discounts Mobile phone & Laptop Health care plan Bonus & Car allowance 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be an influential leader, commercially minded and confident working in a dynamic sales environment.
