Job Description
* Own and execute the content strategy to support brand, SEO, lead generation and customer engagement goals
* Plan and produce a pipeline of high-quality content: blogs, guides, whitepapers, videos, case studies, emails, web copy and social media
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product) and external partners (PR, SEO, video) to maximise reach and impact
* Manage the content calendar and campaign timelines
* Optimise content for SEO and conversion, supported by keyword research and analytics
* Repurpose content into multiple formats and channels
* Track performance, report on KPIs and continuously improve based on data
* Champion the tone of voice and brand storytelling across all communications
Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within SaaS or tech
* A strong portfolio of written and multimedia content that delivers results
* Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills
* Comfortable working with data to inform decisions
* Familiar with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms
* Highly organised, self-driven and results-focused
* Passionate about making a difference – ideally with an interest in health, care or social impact sectors
