Join Our Dynamic Onsite HR Team at Forza Foods! We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to become a vital part of our onsite HR team at our Protein site in Normanton. Position Details:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (please note that flexibility around these hours is required)
Location: Forza Foods – Site based role
Contract Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
* Help drive the HR team forward
* Build strong working relationships to advise
* Provide references & confirmation of employment for those that require them
* Assist with and develop recruitment campaigns
* Assist with recruitment up to Grade 3
* Update employee records with changes
* Schedule absence reviews and disciplinary meetings
* Conduct short‑term sick welfare meetings
* Refer colleagues to Occupational Health where required and follow up after their meetings
* Manage amended duties with occupational help
* Produce reports for various departments both internally and group wide
* Deal with HR queries
* Develop and implement engagement activities
* Maintain excellent communication within the team
* Ensure a safe working environment is kept for all colleagues
* Report any Health & Safety issues to management
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills both oral and written
* IT literate
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent customer service
* Team player
* Up to CIPD level 5 and/or relevant experience
* Attention to detail
