Role Description
We are currently looking for motivated, confident, and ambitious individuals to join our team as Sales Consultants. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, supported by full training through our weekly Sales School and ongoing mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with local businesses through face-to-face outreach and networking
* Introduce and promote a range of partner products and services
* Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
* Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
* Close simple, low to mid-ticket deals or refer larger opportunities to senior team members
* Represent Surge professionally in all interactions
* Attend weekly training sessions and actively develop sales skills
* Work towards personal targets and contribute to overall team performance

Earnings
* £250 – £1,500+ per week (uncapped commission)
* £1,000 – £6,000+ per month depending on performance
