We’re looking for a Document Controller to join one of the leading fit out specialists in the UK, supporting on high-end commercial projects across London. You’ll be at the heart of site delivery, making sure every drawing, register, and report is spot-on and nothing gets missed. What you’ll be doing * Setting up and managing project systems like Aconex * Keeping documentation, drawings, and RFIs up to date and easy to access * Assisting with project reports, audits, and close-out packs * Supporting the setup of site offices and Health & Safety boards * Coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams * Maintaining quality standards and ensuring everything runs like clockwork What we’re looking for * Previous experience as a Document Controller within fit out or refurbishment * Confident using Aconex * Detail focused, organised, and reliable under pressure * A team player who takes ownership and keeps people aligned * Someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a busy site delivery environment What’s on offer You’ll be joining a team known for its energy, collaboration, and commitment to delivering first-class spaces.
