As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your section, delivering high-quality dishes, and maintaining exceptional standards of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
* Manage and maintain your section, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
* Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Contribute creative ideas to menu development.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
* Shifts 0530 - 1330 or 1030 to 1930 hours
* Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Valid food hygiene certification.
* Must be self-employed with relevant documentation (e.g., UTR number, public liability insurance).
