Due to continued growth, we are looking for additional experienced Maintenance Technician with a Mechanical/Electrical bias to join our Maintenance team, based at our Ilkeston Recycle site, Ilkeston.
WHAT OUR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS DO:
* Maintenance of DC motors and associated drives
* Maintenance and repair of Electrical Control Systems
* Electrical installations and/or mechanical installation work
* Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance tasks (Mechanical and Electrical)
* Breakdown maintenance involving fault finding on industrial and process control systems
* Resolve Electrical and Mechanical repairs on PVCu Extrusion Plant Equipment
* Liaising and supporting external contractors and suppliers when on site
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS:
* Recognised Electrical / Mechanical maintenance apprenticeship / training scheme Level 3
* Significant Electrical and Mechanical experience gained in a manufacturing environment (installation and maintenance)
* Understand and interpret Electrical and Mechanical Schematic circuit drawings
* Driving licence as may be required to assist on other sites
