The University of Bradford is seeking a proactive and solution-focused Student Engagement Officer to join our Student Support & Engagement Team. What you will be doing:
In this role, you’ll:
1. Play a key part in implementing the University’s attendance and engagement policy.
2. Monitor student engagement, identify barriers to success, work collaboratively with academic and professional services to deliver timely interventions.
3. Engage with students of concern to identify the causes of low engagement via collaborative working with a range of professional and academic services.
Qualifications/ experience:
4. A-Level or HND qualification or equivalent qualification or level of experience.
5. Experience of working in a Student Support role within Higher Education.
6. Experience of maintaining, analysing and presenting data.
