About the Role:

You'll manage a varied caseload, build strong client relationships and play a key role in mentoring junior staff-helping shape the future of the department.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Handling a diverse range of commercial property matters with autonomy and confidence
* Delivering exceptional service to a wide client base, from SMEs to developers
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
* Contributing to a collaborative, high-performing legal team
About You:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with
* 3+ years' PQE
* in Commercial Property
* Proven ability to manage complex transactions independently
* Strong organisational, time management and IT skills
* Personable, professional and client-focused
* A team player who thrives in a supportive environment
