We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Part Time Administration Assistant to join our client's fast-growing manufacturing company in the performance automotive exhaust and general fabrication sectors. This role involves working 16 hours per week over 4 days, based in Sheffield near the M1 motorway.

About the role
As a Part Time Administration Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
* Assist with sales office work schedules
* Provide administrative and customer service support for the sales office
* Contribute to the smooth operation of the sales office
* Process daily sales orders using Progress+ Software System
* Email clients regarding Sales Order progress
* Assist with planning of orders for dispatch
* Create mailing labels for parcels
* Answer and direct telephone calls appropriately
* Submit delivery notes to clients
* Process Sales Invoices
* Prepare and dispatch merchandise orders
* Prepare accurate lists for Packing & Despatch Department
* Produce and organise Work orders for Production Department
* Contribute to the organisation of the Sales Office and assist colleagues
* Attend and contribute to team meetings
About you
As a Part Time Administration Assistant, you should:

Rewards
The role offers 16 hours per week over 4 days (hours negotiable), with a starting salary of £10 to £11 per hour depending on experience, plus:
