What does a Train Manager do?
As a Train Manager, you'll lead the onboard team to provide outstanding customer experience while ensuring the safe and punctual operation of services. This is a demanding but rewarding role where you'll build relationships with your team, maintain high standards, and inspire excellent customer service through coaching, support, and feedback.
With support from your team, you'll maintain a safe and clean environment, open and close doors, dispatch the train, and manage customers. Full training will be provided.
You will conduct ticket checks and promote sales for customers without online or Travel Centre tickets. You will also communicate with the driver during disruptions and provide timely information to colleagues and customers.
Collaborating across the business, you'll contribute to safety, revenue, and customer service targets. If you can manage all this while traveling at 125 mph, this is the role for you!

Benefits include:
* Free travel on company rail + 75% off other tickets for you and dependents.
* Discounted international train tickets after one year.
