We are looking for a Growth Operator – Restaurants & Content to join our team in Fitzrovia.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role — not a desk job.
You will be:
•In restaurants with chefs
•Shooting content
•Building relationships with 5-star hotel concierges
•Helping bring real customers through the door
What You’ll Be Doing
•Managing restaurant clients day-to-day
•Running weekly content shoots (Reels, photography)
•Building and maintaining concierge relationships across Central London
•Supporting new client acquisition
•Helping grow FOF Bike Tours

Requirements
•Experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
•Comfortable filming and creating content
•Strong communication skills
•Confident in client-facing situations
•Able to ride a bike in Central London
Package
£2,400/month + performance bonus
Structured 90-day review with progression based on performance
