We're building a team of reliable, friendly, switched-on people to support matchdays at Dunfermline Athletic Football Club and other local events. Right now, we're looking for SIA licensed Stewards who want to be part of something more than just a shift.
Whether you're new to the industry or already have experience, you'll be supported to deliver a safe, welcoming environment for fans, guests, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Helping guests feel safe and welcome at football matches and events
Checking tickets, monitoring crowds, and guiding people to where they need to be
Providing customer service and general assistance across the stadium
Reporting issues to supervisors and responding to incidents
Being a visible, calm presence during busy moments
About You:
Confident communicators with a friendly, helpful attitude
Committed to providing a safe and positive experience for all guests
Professional in appearance and behaviour at all times
Able to stay calm under pressure and follow instructions
Comfortable working independently or as part of a close-knit team
