Job Title: Refrigeration Engineer - Retail
Location: Somerset
Salary: Up to £47,000 (DOE) + Overtime paid at 1.5X +

As demand grows, we are looking for an additional experienced Refrigeration Engineer to cover Somerset and the surrounding region. Your Role:
You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of refrigeration systems within supermarkets and large retail stores. This is a mobile role, requiring travel between sites, dealing with both planned and reactive maintenance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
· Service and maintain commercial refrigeration systems (packs, display cases, cold rooms, etc.)
· Respond to reactive breakdowns and carry out fault diagnosis
· Support system upgrades and install new refrigeration plant as needed
· Ensure all work complies with health & safety and environmental standards
· Provide detailed job reports and communicate clearly with customers
· Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota (paid additionally)
